New Client Bookings (Individual Therapy - Adult)
Initial Session for clients new to Crane Wellness (even if you were a previous client elsewhere or it has been more than twelve months since our last session).
You may be faced with navigating relationships, stress, boundaries, grief/loss, trauma, parenting, or emotional overwhelm.
Perhaps you have been juggling responsibilities and wearing so many hats, you feel like you have lost some of your sparkle along the way.

I endeavor to be collaborative, compassionate and authentic in my practice. I have training in a myriad of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Ego State/Parts work, Attachment theory, somatic informed practices, The Grief Recovery Method, and Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, as well as eastern mystic/philosophies.
